Elite Preppers currently ships physical products within Canada only.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the product:

Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Each unit is configured and prepared individually before shipping.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been prepared for shipment. (typically 2-3 weeks)

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Canada.

Typical delivery estimates:

Ontario: 1–3 business days (once your unit has been configured - approx 2 wks.)
Other provinces: 2–7 business days
Remote areas: may take longer

These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Orders may be shipped using Canada Post or other reliable carriers, depending on the destination and package size.

Tracking information may be provided when available.

Not all shipments include tracking, particularly for smaller items.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Elite Preppers is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Elite Preppers is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
